Journey to the Self
No matter what he does, every person on earth plays a central role in the history of the world. And normally he doesn't know it.
Paulo Coelho

Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.

Here and There
I traveled around Myanmar and was very impressed with the people and scenes.
Experience
I worked on several projects in many positions, from outreach worker to the head of office.
Health projects were my first experiences; from these projects, I learned project log frames and SMART objective settings, M&E, behavior change communications, counseling, facilitation, first aid, life skills, peer education, a strength-based approach, gender and development, reporting, coordination, fund management, partnership with CSOs, and the basis of supply chain management.
Later, I worked in emergency response in 2016 and disaster risk reduction in 2017. This was also my entry point to multi-governmental organizations. I experienced NFI distribution, cash distribution, and livelihood projects. We provided disaster management training to the township management committees and wrote township-level and state-level disaster management plans. In many cases, a community-based approach was utilized.
I am currently working as a program personnel. We do partnership management, grant management, budgeting, strategy development, theory of change, and implementation monitoring.
A Sunflower in Kalay, Sagaing Region, Myanmar.
A vast view of the sunflowers in Kalay is a Wow.
I was born in Kalay (also Kale), a small town in the Sagaing Region of Myanmar. It is situated in the middle of a valley. The Chin Mountains are to the west, and the small mountains are to the East. The Myitthar River flows to the north, passing through Kalewa and merging with the Chindwin River.
Kalay was once famous for green peas. Today, paddy fields surround the town, which is supported by hundreds of villages. It has an airport, two bus stations, and a train station. Kalay is a culturally diverse town. Chin, Bamar, and Shan are the major populations, while a few Indians and Chinese are settled.
In the recent revolution in Myanmar, Kalay was the first town where the people defended the Myanmar Army Forces. At first, they used air rifles and muskets against the MAF.

A bookworm
In my childhood, we used bull carts to go to the nearest mountain and collect firewood. The streams were full of fish. Life was easy, and only a few households used electricity back then.
When I became an adult, television and express buses became available in the town. We have been using the Internet only since 2000.
I grew up reading books, believing that reading would make me a knowledgeable man. However, as the internet explodes with information, knowledge has been put behind innovation and social skills.
The last book I read was Nexus, written by Yuval Noah Harari. It is redefining everything with a new approach to our understanding of current affairs globally.
The Chin Mountain Belts
Travelling
There was a small shop near the Nursing school in Falam. The view from there is astonishing.
Chin State was famous for its mountains. However, the transportation was minimal compared to other states and regions. Most of the Chins are Christians. Essential services are limited, and a lot of children have malnutrition.
Chin State, before the coup, was a land of potential. Its scenic beauty and the promise of tourism and small business opportunities were on the rise. However, the current situation, with resistant forces challenging the State Administration Council and gaining control in some townships, has put a halt to this potential.
Life Story
I was. I am, and I will be
Till the end of my time
What is this Life if Full of CARE!
We are rich in culture. We value families. We value the elders.
We have lived for hundreds of generations, a testament to the resilience and endurance of our culture. However, now is the time of the Internet and AI. Social media simulate you with a view of a thousand miles away to convince you that what is beneficial for them is important for you.
They want to sell you things, so they make you believe that you really need them. Please take a look at what I'm doing here; some internet pages suggested that I needed a portfolio website, and I am investing my time in it.
In real life, not all communications sent to you are for your own good. Some are intended to change your mind for their own good. We shall have a system to filter out what information is truly necessary for our own lives.
